Job Description
*Solve problems and escalate overwhelming ones to Business Manager.
* Take customers' orders and ensure they are appropriately attended to.
*Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
*Responding prompt to customer inquiries.
* Keep records of customer interactions, transaction, comments and complaints.
* Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
* Providing feedback to the efficiency of the customer service process
* Ensuring customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Requirements:
* BSC/HND in Science/Social Science
* Male/Female with working experience, fast learning and proactive ready to work attitude and ability.
* Ability to work as part of a team.
* Result driven as this is a high-performance output environment.
* Ability to self-manage and self-motivate.
*Dynamic and enthusiastic person with good written and verbal communication skills.
* Persuasive and influencing skills, strong negotiating skills.
* Good work organization, time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
* Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
* Comfortable using computer
* Experience working with customer support.
* Minimum years of experience: 3-5 years
