Job Description

As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with excellent service and support. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Handle outbound calls to follow up with customers and provide additional information as needed.
Resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex problems to appropriate departments when necessary.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to effectively assist customers.
Document customer interactions and transactions accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics, including call handling time and customer satisfaction ratings.
Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on product changes and company policies.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Salary:
