Job Description
Minimum qualification of B.Sc./HND in any discipline.
Minimum of 1-year Experience in Telesales and Customer Service.
Demonstrated ability to close deals, achieve targets and handle objections and rejections effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients over the phone.
Good negotiation and presentation skills.
Effectively record, update and report client information, conversation outcomes, and sales leads.
Effectively communicate product information and promotions to encourage interest and generate sales.
Stay updated on product pricing.
