Job Title: TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Location: EGBEDA, LAGOS

Job Summary
As our Technical support specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our customers, ensuring their smooth and efficient use of our products or services.

Responsibilities
• Provide technical support to customers regarding our products or services and respond promptly to customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems.
• Diagnose and escalate technical issues as needed to ensure timely resolution and guide customers through troubleshooting processes and solutions.
• Collaborate with other teams to identify and resolve product bugs or issues and document customer interactions and technical solutions in our Zoho products.
• Set up, implementation and configuration of Zoho Products and integration of other platforms into the Zoho Apps

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 1-2 years proven experience in a technical support role, preferably in a software or technology company.
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, and software applications.
• Familiarity with Zoho Products

Salary
• N120,000- N150,000
