Job Title: Experienced Recruiter ( Recruitment Agency )

Location: Remote

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong background in working within a recruitment agency. This role requires a proactive, results-driven professional with exceptional interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

1.⁠ ⁠Talent Acquisition:
- Source, identify, and attract high-quality candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.

2.⁠ ⁠Candidate Management:
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
- Provide career advice and support to candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Conduct reference checks and background verifications as required.

3.⁠ ⁠Market Research and Strategy:
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and meet client demands.
- Utilize data-driven insights to improve recruitment processes and outcomes.

4.⁠ ⁠Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates.
- Prepare and present recruitment reports to management and clients as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

•⁠ ⁠Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
•⁠ ⁠Minimum of 4 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on working in a recruitment agency.
•⁠ ⁠Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in various roles and industries.
•⁠ ⁠Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and interviewing methods.
•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.
•⁠ ⁠High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
•⁠ ⁠Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Remuneration: $300 Monthly
