Position: Business Development Executive

Job Description (Summary)
As the Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for the following:
· Drive revenue growth and market expansion for Blakskill's HR consulting services.
· Actively prospect and generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events.
· Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends, providing valuable insights to the business development team.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations, addressing all issues promptly and conducting regular check-ins to ensure client objectives are met.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives to tailor solutions that meet their requirements.
· Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement scalable operations and processes that support internal functions and drive business efficiency.
· Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and optimization to enhance business development effectiveness.
· Oversee the customer support process, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries and proactive management of escalated issues to enhance overall customer experience.
· Track and report on sales activities, including lead generation, pipeline management, and conversion rates, to senior management.
· Identify opportunities for upselling additional HR consulting features or services to meet clients' evolving needs and maximize revenue potential.

Required Qualifications & Experience
● Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in HR consulting or a related field.
● Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Marketing, or related discipline from a recognized institution.
● Experience in marketing, relationship management, and managing high net worth individuals and corporate organizations.
● Experience with digital marketing forms such as social media marketing and content marketing.
