Job Description
Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, and employee relations.
Lead recruitment process by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, screening candidates, and organizing interviews.
Maintain accurate employee records, including leaves, absences, and other HR metrics.
Develop and implement HR policies that align with the company's goals.
Coordinate employee training sessions, workshops, and development programs.
Process payroll, track employee attendance, and handle employee benefits administration.
Drive performance management processes, including conducting appraisals and managing performance feedback.
Handle employee relations by addressing grievances, managing conflict resolution, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities to promote a positive work culture.
Ensure proper documentation for all HR-related matters, including contracts, disciplinary actions, and termination processes.
Respond to HR inquiries from employees, providing accurate information on policies and procedures.
Collaborate with Management on workforce planning and HR strategy development to support the company's growth.
Requirements and Skills:
A minimum of 4+ years of experience as an Human Resource Manager, or similar role.
Strong knowledge of HR functions (e.g., recruitment, payroll, performance management).
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in HR software (e.g., HRIS or similar databases).
Understanding of labor laws and regulations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
HR certification is an added advantage.
