Accountant

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field (e.g. Finance, Business Administration)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a healthcare or medical diagnostics setting
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, laws, and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Accounting or a related field
- Experience with financial software and systems (e.g. QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle)
- Knowledge of medical billing and insurance reimbursement procedures

Job Description:

- Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and budgets
- Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts, including accounts payable and receivable
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
- Collaborate with management to analyze financial performance and make strategic decisions
- Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff

Responsibilities:

- Manage financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
