Job Description

• Generate new business for the company.
• Proffer lasting solution to escalations and issues arising.
• Manage a robust schedule, meeting deadlines, whilst handling multiple clients concurrently
• Provide innovative content tailored to needs of the client
• Collaborate with other team members to create strategic plans for major customer
• Forecast and track all related analytics and adapt strategy where needed, for maximum impact.
• Address all feedback professionally, especially those that may be damaging to the brand.
• Ensure the delivery of quality service to both new and existing clients.
• Organize and provide summary of weekly team meetings
• Profiling prospective clients and advising them on appropriate insurance cover
• Generate and convert clients for the company, on a steady basis
• Contribute to the growth of the company through increase in monthly revenue
• Planning new/existing contacts for customer retention, penetration and proactively meeting customers’ requirements/problem resolution.
• Collecting & Communicate market/competition information and implement business development initiatives
• Working with other internal department/teams to resolve customer queries/issues to meet customer satisfaction/service levels.
Salary:
120.000,00 NGN Monthly
