Internal Auditor

We are looking for a skilled Internal Auditor to conduct audits of internal processes, operations, and financial records. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of auditing principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate findings effectively. You will collaborate with management to recommend improvements and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Audit Execution: Plan and conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of controls, accuracy of financial records, and compliance with regulations.
Risk Assessment: Identify areas of potential risk and develop audit plans to mitigate risks.
Documentation: Prepare detailed audit reports outlining findings, recommendations, and conclusions based on audits conducted.
Recommendations: Collaborate with management to implement recommendations for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Monitoring: Monitor and follow up on audit findings to ensure corrective actions are implemented timely.
Training: Provide training and guidance to staff on internal control procedures and best practices.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing or external auditing with exposure to internal controls.

Skills:
Strong understanding of auditing principles, practices, and standards.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in MS Office and audit software.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
