Job Description
Location: Port Harcourt, Nigeria
Job Requirements: BSc/HND in Engineering from a recognized institution
Minimum of 5 years of experience
Key Qualifications:
Extensive experience in project cost estimation within the Oil & Gas sector, covering the entire project lifecycle from inception to execution, preferably within an EPC company.
Proficiency in interpreting civil/structural and piping/mechanical drawings, generating MTOs from these drawings, bidding for large-scale projects, and quantifying the execution costs of Oil and Gas EPC projects end-to-end.
Ability to maintain and utilize a historical cost database to enhance project performance.
Practical knowledge of project scheduling tools, such as Primavera and Microsoft Project.
Hands-on field construction experience is a plus.
