- We are looking for a reliable Accountant . They will undertake financial and accounting tasks, ensuring the management has adequate support to work efficiently. The tasks of the accountant will include auditing, bookkeeping and financial records. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy. The office administrator ensures smooth running of our company’s offices and contributes in driving sustainable growth. Responsibilities Complying with all company, local, state, and federal accounting and financial regulations. Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial data. Creating periodic reports, such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, etc. Presenting data to managers, investors, and other entities. Maintaining accurate financial records. Performing multi- warehouse audits and resolving discrepancies. Computing taxes. Keeping informed about current legislation relating to finance and accounting. Assisting management in the decision-making process by preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
