Job brief
We seek to recruit an energetic Office Clerk who will essentially be responsible for clerical duties.

Responsibilities:
Provide support and clerical services to legal departments.
Complete paperwork, file documents, communicate with clients, set appointments and meetings and manage reception duties.
Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable, and equipped with all the necessary supplies such as pens, forms, and paper.
Answer all client questions and incoming calls.
Redirect phone calls to the appropriate department and take down messages
Accept all letters and packages, and distribute them to their appropriate departments.
Track, order, go on errands for office equipment, supplies, letters and packages
Maintain records and files.
