Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Services:
Administer non-surgical aesthetic treatments such as Botox, dermal fillers, chemical peels, and laser therapies.
Conduct skin assessments and create personalized treatment plans.
Assist in minor surgical procedures as needed.
Patient Care:
Provide pre and post-treatment care and education to patients.
Monitor patient progress and respond to any concerns or complications.
Maintain a high level of patient confidentiality and professionalism.
Educate patients on skin health and preventive measures.
Safety and Compliance:
Ensure all treatments are performed in compliance with clinic protocols and safety standards.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
Stay updated on the latest advancements and best practices in aesthetic medicine.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including aesthetic physicians, dermatologists and plastic surgeons, to deliver comprehensive care.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Customer Experience:
Deliver exceptional patient experiences, ensuring comfort and satisfaction throughout the treatment process.
Address patient inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Foster a welcoming and supportive clinic environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
Current RN license in Nigeria.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in nursing.
Experience in public health is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of aesthetic procedures and treatments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
