Business Analyst (Azure Technical Expert)

Job Title: Business Analyst (Azure Technical Expert)
Department: Digital and Innovation
Unit: Digital Delivery Center of Excellence (COE), Applications Development Workstream
Reports To: Development Lead; Head, Digital COE

Job Purpose:
- To bridge the gap between business needs with technical solutions, leveraging Azure technologies to drive digital transformation and improve business processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements.
- Develop and document technical solutions using Azure services.
- Conduct data analysis to support decision-making.
- Create detailed documentation and present findings.
- Collaborate with development teams for implementation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field.
- Proficiency with Azure services and solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Azure certification.
- Experience in project management.
- Knowledge of business process modelling.
