Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the plastics industry.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate and close deals with potential and existing customers.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
• Attend industry events and trade shows to promote the company and network with potential clients.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the plastics industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of the plastics market, including key players and industry trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and industry professionals.
• Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• Ability to travel as required.
