Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Research and Analysis:
i. Conduct market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitive landscape.
ii. Analyze business needs and develop strategies to target new markets and customer segments.
iii. Monitor and evaluate industry trends, economic indicators, and competitor activities.
2. Client Relationship Management:
i. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
ii. Act as a point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and their concerns are addressed.
iii. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client requirements.
3. Sales and Revenue Growth:
i. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth objectives.
ii. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, joint ventures, and new market entry.
iii. Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
4. Strategic Planning and Execution:
i. Contribute to the development of our company’s strategic goals and objectives.
ii. Develop and execute business development plans that align with our growth strategy.
Iii. Collaborate with marketing teams to create and execute campaigns that support business development efforts.
5. Reporting and Analysis:
i. Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, including sales, revenue growth, and client satisfaction.
ii. Provide regular updates to senior management on business development activities, progress, and challenges.
iii. Prepare forecasts, budgets, and financial reports related to business development activities.
6. Networking and Outreach:
i. Represent our company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
ii. Establish and maintain a network of industry contacts to facilitate business opportunities.
iii. Stay updated on industry developments and incorporate them into business development strategies.
Key Requirements.
1. Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or a similar role.
2. Strong understanding of market dynamics, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
4. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
6. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
7. Proficiency in CRM software.
8. Willingness to travel as needed.
9. A Bachelor’s degree (Minimum of 2:1).
