Job Description

JOB TITLE: INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

JOB DESCRIPTION
-Develop and implement strategies for international development projects, focusing on global expansion and impact.
-Identify and pursue funding opportunities from international donors, agencies, and partners.
-Build and maintain relationships with global stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, and community organizations.
-Conduct research and analysis to understand international markets, needs, and trends relevant to the project.
-Manage and coordinate international project activities, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and objectives.
-Oversee the preparation and submission of grant proposals, reports, and other documentation required by funding bodies.
-Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of international development initiatives, using data and feedback to improve programs.
-Ensure compliance with international regulations, standards, and best practices in project implementation.
-Collaborate with local teams and partners to adapt and implement development strategies in different cultural and geographic contexts.
-Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial efficiency and accountability.
-Prepare and present reports on project progress, outcomes, and impact to stakeholders and funding agencies.
