Job Description

1.Ensuring the Smooth Operation of IT Systems,
2. Providing Technical Support to Users,
3. Implementing IT Policies and Procedures,
4.And Managing IT Projects
5.Maintain and Repair Technical Equipment, (Including Desktops, Laptops, Printers, SMART Boards, Projectors, A/V Equipment and Peripherals).
6.Install and Deploy New Equipment,
7. Perform Hardware/Software Upgrades and Installations.
8. Maintain Computer Hard Drive Images and Regularly Re-‐Image Machines.
