1. Production Pharmacists
• Job Summary: The Production Pharmacist will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process of pharmaceutical products, ensuring that all operations adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory standards. This role involves supervising production activities, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring the quality of the final product.
Job Description:
• Ensure that all production activities comply with GMP, regulatory standards, and company policies.
• Supervise the production process, ensuring efficiency and the highest standards of quality.
• Develop and implement production schedules to meet demand while optimizing resources.
• Work closely with the Quality Control department to ensure products meet quality specifications.
• Provide training and mentorship to production staff, ensuring they are skilled and knowledgeable.
• Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance productivity and quality.
• Maintain accurate records of production activities and prepare reports for management review.
Required Skills:
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
• Excellent understanding of GMP and regulatory requirements.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
Qualifications: B. Pharm. with a valid practicing license. Experience in pharmaceutical production is an added advantage.
