Quality Control Officer
• Job Summary: The Quality Control Officer will ensure that all products meet the required quality standards before they are released to the market. This role involves performing quality checks, documenting findings, and working closely with production teams to address any quality issues.
Job Description:
• Conduct routine quality checks on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
• Perform laboratory tests and analysis to verify product specifications.
• Document and report any deviations from quality standards, and initiate corrective actions.
• Ensure that all products meet regulatory and company standards before release.
• Collaborate with the production team to address and resolve quality-related issues.
• Maintain and calibrate quality control equipment to ensure accurate testing.
• Prepare quality reports and communicate findings to management for review.
Required Skills:
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of quality control procedures and laboratory testing.
• Understanding of GMP and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to identify and resolve quality issues efficiently.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
Qualifications: HND/BSc in Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related field. Experience in a quality control role within the pharmaceutical industry is advantageous.
