• Job Summary: The Electrical Technician will be responsible for maintaining and repairing electrical systems and equipment within the production facility. This role involves troubleshooting electrical issues, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring that all electrical systems operate safely and efficiently.
Job Description:
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults in machinery and equipment to minimize downtime.
• Perform routine maintenance on electrical systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Install, upgrade, and maintain electrical wiring and systems within the facility.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in all electrical work.
• Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to optimize electrical systems and improve efficiency.
• Maintain detailed records of all electrical maintenance and repair activities.
• Provide technical support and training to production staff on the safe operation of electrical equipment.
Required Skills:
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in electrical work.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Qualifications: ND/HND in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Experience in industrial electrical maintenance is required.
