Salesforce Engineer

Job Summary:
The Salesforce Engineer will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce technologies and will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance our Salesforce environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Development: Customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
- Integration: Develop and implement integrations between Salesforce and other systems using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
- Testing: Conduct unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including system designs, architecture diagrams, and deployment plans.
- Maintenance: Monitor and troubleshoot issues within the Salesforce environment, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
- Best Practices: Advocate for and implement Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and development methodologies.
- Training: Provide training and support to end-users, enhancing their understanding and utilization of Salesforce features.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and implementation.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Framework.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules.
- Familiarity with Salesforce tools such as Workbench, Data Loader, and Change Sets.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Developer, Administrator) are a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
