Job Description

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Manager, with strong Instagram and Ticktock handling knowledge to Volunteer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing our social media presence on Instagram and Ticktock and to promote our mission and engage with our community. Your key responsibilities will include:

Content Creation: Develop and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, primarily Instagram and Ticktock.

Social Media Strategy: Assist in developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and online presence.

Community Management: Monitor and respond to social media interactions, messages, and comments in a timely and professional manner.

Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and track social media campaigns, promotions, and events to support organizational goals and initiatives.

Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and provide recommendations for improvement.
Collaboration: Work with other team members to align social media efforts with overall marketing and communication strategies.
Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the organization’s presence remains current and effective.

Qualifications:

Previous experience or strong interest in social media management, digital marketing, or related fields.

Proficiency in using social media platforms, content management systems, and analytics tools.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the capacity to adapt to changing priorities.
