Jenniez School of African Interior Design is an innovative institution dedicated to training the next generation of interior designers with a focus on African-inspired design. Our sister company, Jenniez Designs, offers top-tier interior design services to clients across the residential and commercial sectors. We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to help grow both our school and design firm.

Role Overview:
As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and identifying new business opportunities. You will focus on increasing student enrollment for Jenniez School and securing high-end residential and commercial projects for Jenniez Designs. This role requires a combination of sales expertise, strategic thinking, and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute business development strategies to increase student enrollment and design project acquisition.
Identify and establish local and international partnerships to drive growth for both the school and design firm.
Explore and enter new geographic markets to expand the business’s reach.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create and execute outreach initiatives.
Track performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet both short-term and long-term growth goals.
Conduct market research to stay informed of trends and opportunities within the interior design and education sectors.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
Proven track record of building partnerships and securing business deals.
Strong strategic planning and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Experience in the education or interior design industry is a plus.
Ability to balance immediate business needs with long-term growth objectives.
