Job Description

1.Ensure a high level of customers satisfaction through excellent service.
2.Propose innovative ideas to increase market share.
3.Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths.
4.Directs store operations including retail operations, customer service, managing employees and sales.
5.Develop business strategies to raise our customers pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability.
6.Assess local Market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities.
7.Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
8.Bring out the best of the branch’s personnel through training, coaching, development and motivation.
9.Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
10.Responsible for maintaining an acceptable gross profit, proper inventory management and reporting of store activities.
11.Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits.
Salary:
200.000,00 NGN Monthly
