Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Revenue Growth:
1. Develop and implement sales strategies to improve the reach of the ministry resources, and increase revenue from books, teaching materials, and merchandise.
2. Identify and explore new markets, including bookstores, churches, online platforms, and Christian events.
3. Establish partnerships with distributors, wholesalers, and Christian retailers.
4. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production teams to ensure availability.
Marketing & Brand Promotion:
1. Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote the ministry’s resources through digital, print, and social media channels.
2. Manage the ministry’s e-commerce platform and ensure an excellent customer experience.
3. Work with graphic designers and content creators to produce promotional materials, including brochures, advertisements, and product descriptions.
4. Organize book launches, ministry events, and speaking engagements to drive sales.
5. Leverage social media, email marketing, and influencer partnerships to boost awareness and engagement.
Online & Offline Distribution:
1. Manage online sales channels (e.g., ministry website, Amazon, Christian bookstores, e-commerce platforms).
2. Develop strategies to expand sales at ministry events, conferences, and church services.
3. Work with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of orders.
Customer Engagement & Relationship Management
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, churches, and ministry partners.
2. Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries or concerns promptly.
3. Gather feedback from customers and ministry partners to improve products and services.
Key Requirements:
1. A strong Christian faith and alignment with the ministry’s mission.
2. Proven experience in sales, marketing, retail management, or business development (experience in Christian publishing or merchandise sales is a plus).
3. Strong understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce, and social media strategies.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
5. Ability to develop and manage budgets, track sales performance, and analyze trends.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, marketing tools, and e-commerce platforms.
7. A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
