Job Title: Billing Officer/ Customer Service
Location: VI Lagos
Salary: ₦150,000 - ₦250,000
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Billing Officer with Customer Service experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in customer service and billing, demonstrating a strong commitment to providing exceptional support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Process billing transactions, including invoicing, payment collection, and account adjustments.
• Maintain accurate customer records and billing information in the system.
• Collaborate with various departments to resolve customer issues and improve service efficiency.
• Provide clear and effective communication regarding billing inquiries, account statuses, and payment options.
• Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service delivery.
• Assist in training new team members on customer service and billing processes.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service and billing.
• Proven track record of excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in billing processes.
• Proficiency in billing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:

Salary:
