Job Description (Summary)
As an Associate Consultant, you will lead research initiatives, manage client projects, and produce high-quality reports on industry trends and insights. You will collaborate with internal teams and external clients to ensure timely and effective project delivery. This role requires experience in management consulting or research, a passion for Africa’s digital economy, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Project Management:
Manage end-to-end client projects, from scope definition to final delivery, ensuring high-quality output and client satisfaction.
Content Marketing & Strategy:
Drive initiatives to build the consulting unit’s content marketing stack, positioning its services to attract and engage clients.
Data Collection & Analysis:
Define the scope and methodology for data collection, analyze data, and produce comprehensive industry reports and custom research tailored to client needs.
Industry Insights & Trend Analysis:
Continuously monitor the industry for emerging insights and trends, documenting findings in the team’s knowledge repository for strategic use.
Infographic Production:
Provide input into the production of data-driven infographics as part of the content strategy for the unit, translating data into visually compelling narratives.
Event Planning & Coordination:
Assist in planning and coordinating both internal and external events related to client projects and TC Insights’ in-house initiatives.
Team Support:
Collaborate with the team lead, providing support in research, data analysis, and the execution of various projects as needed.
Required Qualifications & Experience
· Minimum of 3 years’ experience in management consulting or working in a research organization.
· Proven experience leading projects and producing high-quality research and industry reports.
· Advanced degree (preferred but not required).
· Strong ability to translate data into meaningful insights.
· Excellent communication, writing, and problem-solving skills.
· Experience in content marketing and strategy is an added advantage
