Job Description: We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to identify business needs, analyze processes and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize operations and drive strategic initiatives. The role involves gathering and documenting requirements, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring solutions align with business objectives.

Skills Requirements:
1. Strong analytical and problem solving skills
2. Experience with business process modeling
