Job Description
Location- Ilupeju-Lagos
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Officer to drive growth and expansion in the competitive interior design industry. The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and effectively promote our diverse range of services.
Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships and social media presence through research, communication, and project coordination.
- Conduct market research and analysis, and develop social media strategies to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and manage invoices, quotations, and estimations for clients.
- Generate new business leads and develop sales strategies.
- Promote the company's brand and services through marketing on social media
- Coordinate projects and provide support to the design team.
- Develop proposals and presentations for clients.
- Network and build relationships with industry professionals and real estate agents(Realtors)
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients.
- Identify opportunities for business expansion and diversification.
- Develop and implement strategic plans and reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 3-6 years of experience in real estate, architecture, and business background.
- Proven track record of success in business development and sales.
- Strong understanding of the interior design and building industry, real estate and market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoints) and CRM software.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Creativity and innovation in developing sales strategies and proposals.
Remuneration:
- Base salary: ₦150,000 per month
- Bonus: 5% of revenue generated from new clients brought in by the BDO
