Job Description

Job Title: Customer Acquisition Specialist
Department: Sales & Marketing
Reports To: General Manager
Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. This critical role is responsible for driving significant customer growth through the development and execution of innovative acquisition strategies, with a strong emphasis on digital channels. The ideal candidate is a highly active and experienced digital sales specialist with a proven ability to identify, engage, and convert potential customers into loyal brand advocates. You will be a key player in expanding our customer base and contributing directly to the company's revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and Implement Acquisition Strategies: Design and execute multi-channel customer acquisition plans, including digital marketing campaigns, social media engagement, content marketing, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), and paid advertising (PPC).
* Digital Sales Expertise: Actively engage with potential customers online, leveraging social media, email, and other digital platforms to build relationships, qualify leads, and close deals. Demonstrate a strong understanding of digital sales best practices and techniques.
* Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify and target ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and develop effective lead generation strategies. Qualify leads based on pre-defined criteria and nurture them through the sales funnel.
* Campaign Management & Optimization: Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, social media advertising, and other relevant channels. Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI.
* Content Creation & Distribution: Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and valuable content that attracts and resonates with target audiences. Distribute content across relevant channels to drive traffic and generate leads.
* Social Media Engagement: Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, build a strong online community, and generate leads. Actively engage with followers and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
* Data Analysis & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on customer acquisition metrics. Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
* Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging customer acquisition channels. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth.
* Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on acquisition goals and strategies. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
* Budget Management: Manage budgets effectively and ensure that all acquisition activities are within allocated resources.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
* Proven track record of successfully driving customer growth in B2B or B2C within the tech industry environment.
* Extensive experience in digital marketing and sales, with a deep understanding of online customer acquisition strategies.
* Strong knowledge of various digital marketing platforms and tools, including Google Ads, social media advertising platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
* Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Highly motivated, results-oriented, and with a strong sense of ownership.
