Job Summary:

We are seeking a Commission-Based Sales Officer to generate new business leads, build relationships with clients, and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a proven track record of sales success.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with clients
- Conduct sales meetings and presentations
- Negotiate and close deals
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Continuously update knowledge of industry trends and competitors

Requirements:

- 1+ year of sales experience (commission-based sales experience preferred)
- Proven sales track record
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
