Job Description
Operational Leadership:
Directly supervise store managers, ensuring they are trained and capable.
Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
Monitor daily operations and make necessary adjustments to optimize performance.
Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
Financial Management:
Monitor and manage budgets for assigned restaurants.
Track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
Analyze financial reports and make data-driven decisions.
Customer Service:
Ensure a positive customer experience by addressing complaints and implementing initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.
Monitor and improve restaurant service standards.
Staff Management:
Recruit, train, and develop restaurant staff, including store managers.
Motivate and coach staff to achieve company goals.
Handle performance issues and address employee concerns.
Marketing & Sales:
Implement and monitor local marketing campaigns.
Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities in the region.
Required Skills:
Leadership and Team Management: Ability to motivate and lead teams to achieve objectives.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Effectively communicate with staff, management, and customers.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve operational and customer issues.
Financial Acumen: Understanding financial reports and making data-driven decisions.

Experience: 4-6years of experience in the hospitality/QSR sector, with experience in management and operational operational duties
