Job Description

* Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
* Provide travel information, options, and recommendations.
* Book and manage travel arrangements (flights, hotels, transportation).
* Resolve client complaints and issues promptly.
* Process travel documents (visas, passports, etc.).
* Market travel services and packages and contribute to company revenue growth.
* Maintain accurate records and databases.
* Stay updated on travel industry trends and promotions.
* Collaborate with other departments (e.g., operations, marketing).
* Meet minimum set targets.
