Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, social media, and in-person visits.
Provide accurate information about the company’s products, services, promotions, and events.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a professional and positive attitude.
Collaborate with production, logistics, and sales teams to address delivery concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
Process customer orders and coordinate with the distribution team to ensure timely deliveries.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
Follow up with customers to ensure problem resolution and satisfaction.
Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies.
Assist in customer service training for new staff as needed.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the beverage, food, or manufacturing industry.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office applications.
Familiarity with brewery operations and products is a plus.
Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing outstanding service.
