Job Description
Experience: 4 to 8 years (Oil and Gas)
Job Responsibilities:
Overseeing administrative tasks and implementing company policies.
Organize all corporate management meetings, take minutes of the meetings and follow up on all action points arising from such meetings.
Managing and coordinating staff operations.
Identifying risks and trends, and proposing solutions to improve performance
Coordinating the various moving parts of a proposal, including bringing together diverse teams, managing documentation and overseeing the response to Request for Tenders (RFT) or Requests for Proposals (RFP), thus positioning the company to be successful in bid outcome
Building and maintaining relationships with clients, partners and customers
Managing resources and allocating resources to meet needs
Ensure up to date compliance with company statutory documentations with NIPEX, NUPRC, NCDMB etc
Job Requirement:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a Related Field as well as experience with business support or office management.
Master’s Degree is an added advantage.
Proven capacity to develop policy and contribute to change management initiatives.
Understanding of corporate information systems and the capacity to develop, adapt and utilize technology to ensure continuous improvement in services.
Outstanding leadership abilities.
Resilient - follow up doggedly to ensure the focus is given to the delivery of high-priority projects.
Analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal, leadership and organizational skills.
Salary: 300,000 - 700,000
