Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping others.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls, emails, and messages, providing information and assistance to customers in a timely and courteous manner.
Address customer inquiries regarding products, services, pricing, and policies.
Investigate and resolve customer complaints or issues effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor when necessary
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Follow up with customers after their interactions to ensure their needs have been met.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and complaints in the CRM system.
Track trends in customer issues and report them to the team to improve service quality.
Stay updated on company products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
Assist in identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate products or services.
Qualifications:
Minimum of SSCE/OND
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred, but not required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
Ability to handle a high volume of inquiries while maintaining a positive attitude.
Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other customer service tools.
Ability to quickly learn new software and adapt to different communication platforms.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings if required.
