Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Corporate Sales Executive with a proven track record in corporate sales and talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, relevant educational qualifications, and professional experience in sales or a related field. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and maintain excellent client relationships while consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth in corporate sales and talent acquisition.
Identify and engage potential corporate clients, building strong and long-lasting relationships.
Present and promote company services to decision-makers, tailoring solutions to meet client needs.
Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline progress, and client interactions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Achieve and surpass assigned sales targets while upholding high standards of professionalism and customer service.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Proven track record of success in corporate sales and talent acquisition.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
