Job Description

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, especially in service-based B2B (business-to-business) environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• Proficiency in sales methodologies
• Ability to identify and qualify leads, conduct presentations, negotiate terms, and close deals.
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software to track and manage the sales process.
• In-depth knowledge of the company's products or services and understanding of industry-specific needs.
• Assess client needs and tailor solutions to drive client satisfaction and retention.
• Analyse market trends and identify sales opportunities.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Track and report on sales performance.
• Anticipate client needs and position the product/service as a solution.
• Research competitors, market conditions, and trends to develop effective sales strategies.
