Job Description

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, especially in service-based B2B environments
• Understanding market trends and the competitive landscape in the relevant industry is a must
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software to track and manage the sales process is required.
• Actively engage with potential customers to promote and sell products or services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs consistently.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally and promptly.
• Stay informed about competitor offerings and market developments.
• Provide detailed information about product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
• Prepare regular sales reports for management and participate in team meetings.
• Ensure all contracts, agreements, and documentation are completed accurately.
• Conduct research to identify potential clients and new sales opportunities.
• Analyze customer data to understand purchasing behaviors and preferences.
