Job Description (Summary):
As a Growth Manager (Oil & Gas, Mining, and Financial Institutions), you will spearhead Blakskill’s growth by formulating and executing strategies to penetrate new markets and enhance client outcomes. Your expertise will drive operational improvements, guide change management initiatives, and ensure adherence to labor relations and compliance standards.
Strategic Market Expansion:
• Identify and capitalize on business opportunities in the Petroleum, Natural Gas, Mining, and Financial Institutions sectors.
• Collaborate with industry stakeholders to deliver bespoke solutions that address client challenges.
Operational Excellence:
• Design and implement frameworks to optimize workflows and improve operational efficiency for clients.
• Lead process enhancement initiatives to achieve measurable outcomes.
Change Management:
• Support clients through major organizational transitions, such as workforce restructuring and technology integration.
• Develop and execute change management strategies tailored to client objectives.
Labor Relations and Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws for all client engagements.
• Serve as a trusted advisor for labor relations, including union negotiations and workforce management.
Client Relationship Management:
• Build and sustain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, ensuring alignment with their business goals.
• Act as a dependable point of contact, providing exceptional service and fostering trust.
Performance Metrics and Reporting:
• Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate the success of business development initiatives.
• Provide actionable insights for continuous improvement and growth.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience selling HR services, particularly to the Petroleum, Natural Gas, Mining, or Financial Institution sectors.
• Demonstrated success in Sales/ BD/ Growth Management of HR Services.
• In-depth understanding of industry trends, best practices, and compliance requirements.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to drive business growth and process improvement.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Experience in diverse and dynamic environments.
• Proficiency in HR data-driven decision-making.
