Responsibilities
Inspect and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and completeness.
Sort and categorize packages based on destination and priority.
Prepare and maintain accurate records of sorted items and their status.
Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient workflow during sorting operations.
Handle damaged or misdirected packages with care and report issues as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized sorting area to promote safety and efficiency.
Assist in the training of new personnel in sorting procedures and safety protocols.
Requirements
Minimum of OND from any Polythenic
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimum supervision.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Familiarity with logistics software and inventory management systems is a plus.
Ability to lift heavy packages and stand for extended periods.
Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
