Fashion Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic FASHION MANAGER to lead and manage our fashion and styling brand based in YABA,LAGOS. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fashion management, a passion for styling, and a proven track record of driving brand growth and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Management: Oversee and manage the daily operations of the fashion and styling brand, ensuring it aligns with the company's vision and values.
Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage the fashion styling team to ensure high performance, excellent service delivery, and growth.
Product Development: Collaborate with designers and stylists to create new collections, select products, and enhance the brand's offering.
Client Relationship: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring they receive exceptional styling and shopping experiences.
Inventory & Budget Management: Oversee inventory control, product purchasing, and budget allocation to ensure profitability and efficiency.
Requirements:

Education: BSc,HND,ND . (A degree in Fashion Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred).
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience managing a fashion and styling brand, boutique, or similar business.
Skills:

Strong leadership and team management skills.
In-depth knowledge of fashion trends, styling, and product merchandising.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using fashion-related software/tools and social media platforms for brand promotion.
Ability to analyze market trends and consumer behavior.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₦120,000.00 - ₦150,000.00 per month
