Job Description

Job Summary:
The Bilingual Admin Officer will provide key administrative support and ensure smooth communication between the Nigerian and Chinese teams. Fluency in both English and Chinese is required, along with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask. The role involves handling English and Chinese-speaking customers, vendors, and staff, as well as managing employee accommodation. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, professional, and capable of managing both administrative tasks and accommodation responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet visitors, and handle calls and emails in English and Chinese, maintaining professionalism.
Translate business documents, reports, and emails between English and Chinese.
Monitor and restock office supplies.
Maintain accurate physical and digital filing systems.
Coordinate the repair and maintenance of office equipment.
Assist various departments with ad hoc tasks and support management.
Coordinate and manage housing arrangements for employees, ensuring all accommodation needs are met.

Requirements:
Educational Qualification: BSc in any relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline).
Language Proficiency: Fluency in both English and CHINESE is a must.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
Strong customer service skills with a professional and polite demeanor.
Able to maintain confidentiality.
