Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative support to the MD, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling communications.
Organize and prepare documents, reports, and presentations.
Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the MD.
Manage travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodation.
Assist with project management tasks, ensuring deadlines are met.
Conduct research and compile data to aid in decision-making.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively.
