Job Description

Description
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of our food and beverage services, ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently and to the highest standards. You will work closely with the kitchen and service staff to maintain a seamless operation, manage inventory, and ensure health and safety regulations compliance. Your role will also involve training and mentoring staff, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and implementing strategies to improve service quality and profitability. The successful candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of food and beverage services.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.

Requirements
Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Supervisor or similar role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to handle customer complaints and inquiries professionally.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Proficiency in inventory management.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Basic financial and budgeting skills.
Ability to train and mentor staff effectively.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management is a plus.
Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
