Job Description

Lead Fundraising Strategies: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive funds mobilization strategies that align with the company’s business goals and growth targets.

Investor Relations: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key investors and stakeholders. Act as the primary point of contact for all investor-related inquiries and ensure high levels of investor satisfaction.

Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify new fundraising opportunities, market trends, and potential investors. Develop a strong understanding of the investment landscape and the financial needs of potential clients.

Fundraising Campaigns: Plan and execute large-scale fundraising campaigns and activities. Coordinate efforts to ensure successful fund mobilization across multiple channels, including direct selling, corporate outreach, and digital platforms.

Financial Product Promotion: Oversee the marketing and promotion of the company’s financial products and services to attract investors and mobilize funds.

Performance Monitoring: Track fundraising progress and performance, providing detailed reports and analysis on key metrics, including fund growth, investor acquisition, and campaign effectiveness.

Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of funds mobilization officers and support staff. Set clear performance targets, provide training, and foster a culture of collaboration and high performance.

Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all fundraising and mobilization activities comply with regulatory standards and company policies. Manage risks related to fund mobilization and investor relations.

Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with other departments such as Finance, Marketing, and Operations to ensure coordinated efforts in fundraising activities.

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. A Master’s degree is a plus.

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in funds mobilization, investment banking, or financial services.

Proven leadership and team management experience.

Strong understanding of financial products, investment options, and capital markets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Analytical mindset with the ability to develop strategies based on market data and financial analysis.

High level of integrity, professionalism, and the ability to handle sensitive financial information.

Familiarity with Nigerian financial regulations, investment platforms, and industry trends.

Strong networking and relationship-building skills with investors, clients, and stakeholders.
