Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager with at least 2 years of experience to develop and execute digital strategies that enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and increase student enrolment at our IT training institute. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics, and performance-driven campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a digital marketing strategy to attract and convert leads.
• Manage all digital channels, including social media, SEO, PPC, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Optimize the institute’s website and landing pages to improve user experience and lead generation.
• Monitor and analyse digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
• Create and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Develop engaging content, including blog posts, videos, and graphics, to promote courses and student success stories.
• Manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and improve student retention.
• Collaborate with the admissions and sales teams to align marketing efforts with enrolment goals.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
• Monitor competitors and suggest strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the education or training sector.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and social media advertising.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, and CRM software.
• Excellent content creation and copywriting skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales-driven targets.
• Applicant must be at least 30 years old.
