Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Plastic Bottle Cap Operator proficient in operating SACMI machines for bottle cap production. The ideal candidate will oversee daily machine operations, ensure quality output, and maintain production efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor SACMI machines for plastic bottle cap production.
Conduct machine setup, troubleshooting, and minor maintenance.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
Perform regular checks for defects and inconsistencies in the production process.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a SACMI machine operator.
Strong understanding of plastic molding and cap production processes.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
