Role Description U MUST HAVE AT LESS (5)years EXPERIENCE IN SOLAR POWER INVERTER SALES. Please don't submit your CV,if u do not meet up to this requirements. • You shall be responsible for the management, and training of the sales team, improving the overall sales ability of the team. • Will be responsible of striking business/sales deals with potential dealers of solar inverter and also liaise with companies for business deals. • Develop and maintain customer relationships, understand customer needs, provide satisfactory service, and ensure customer satisfaction. • Supervise the execution of the sales plan, ensure the completion of sales tasks, and be responsible for sales performance. • Market analysis and promotion: conduct market analysis and competitive situation research, develop marketing strategies, and enhance brand awareness and market share. • Responsible for sales contract signing, implementation, and follow-up, to ensure the implementation of the contract. • sales data report: collect and organize sales data regularly, report sales status to superiors, and make improvement suggestions. • identify customers, distributors, companies and facilitate transactions. • Coordinate with other departments: work closely with other departments of the company to ensure smooth progress of sales. Job Description
1. Responsible for the daily maintenance and content update of the company's social media accounts (e.g. WhatsApp, FACEBOOK,
